: Vice President / PR & Marketing Partner

: Event Designer

: Event Assistant

: Event Intern (part-time)

: Event Volunteer (part-time)

: Lead Brand Ambassador (full-time)

  • Establish and build partner relationships with local field sales and marketing
  • Maintain relationships with local sales team, distributors and On-Premise accounts
  • Coordinate and manage the schedule to achieve 6-7 On-Premise events per week 
  • Execute site checks to confirm product inventory and back bar placement with account management 
  • Oversee On-Premise event operation from start to finish 
  • Initiate set up, product sampling and break down at all accounts
  • Train and supervise PT promotional models/samplers
  • Build brand awareness and engage with consumer on brand attributes 
  • Recap and photograph event via established methods 
  • Participate in weekly status calls 

        Lead Brand Ambassador qualifications include...

  • Able to understand and implement client objectives
  • Experience in food and beverage sampling and/or promotions
  • Ability to communicate with key contact on promotion objectives
  • Experience in and knowledge of the local market and area
  • Willing to accept non-traditional terms
  • Consumer focused and customer-driven
  • Able to make things happen and translate strategy into action
  • Exhibit and sell passion for the product and brand

: Brand Ambassadors (part-time, independent contractor)

  • Share information about products and encourage feedback and sales.
  • Give samples of product while being friendly, knowledgeable, well-groomed, and professional.
  • Complete online post-event recap within 24hrs of event.
  • Date, hours, and locations will vary. 
  • Pay rate will vary. 
  • Requirements: Some customer service, retail, sales experience; previous work in events/promotional marketing a plus.
